Let's get organized
All grant applications are submitted through our online portal, so having your materials ready ahead of time will save you time later.
Grants are listed in the portal during their open period.
If there are no grants listed on the “Apply” page, then we are not accepting applications at that time.
Refer to our calendar for a list of application dates.
Please note: Mailed, emailed, faxed, or hand-delivered applications are not accepted. You can log out and return to complete your application in this system. Once your application has been submitted, you can’t go back and make corrections. Declinations will be emailed.
Internal Revenue Service 501(c)(3) tax exemption letter OR fiscal sponsorship agreement
Charitable registration letter from the SC Secretary of State’s Public Charities Section OR a current letter stating the organization is exempt from registration
Vision, Values, and Mission Statement
Audited Financial Statements (Form 990)
Staff listing and Board of Directors roster
You don’t have to finish everything at once. You can save your progress and return later, but you won’t be able to make changes after submitting.
Prior to applying, organizations are encouraged to thoroughly review all information about the CCCF grant they are applying for. Once submitted, applications cannot be edited, so it’s worth preparing in advance.
Before you apply, please review our terms and conditions for grant awards.
All interested applicants must use our online grant portal to apply for grants.
Start a new application or return to a saved one. You’ll need to create an account or sign in to continue.
