Located in Columbia's vibrant BullStreet District, Central Carolina Community Foundation's Collaboration Zone offers flexible meeting and event space designed to bring people together. Whether you're hosting a large presentation, collaborative meeting, or small group discussion, our technology-equipped spaces provide a welcoming place to connect and get work done.

Renting the Collaboration Zone means access to:

Community Room

This space can accommodate up to 60 people with flexible seating arrangements and adaptable tables to suit various event needs. The room has state-of-the-art technology for in-person, virtual, and telephone conferences.

Reception Space

This room is ideal for hosting receptions and intimate get-togethers, with complimentary water cooler and coffee bar access.

Palmetto Room

This private meeting area is suitable for up to eight people.

Parking

In the BullStreet District, all street and garage parking spots require an active session with the City of Columbia’s Passport Parking App. Please be sure to download the app and start your session upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are nonrefundable.
