Knight Foundation Advised Fund grants support projects that strengthen downtown Columbia, the Congaree riverfront and surrounding communities by investing in initiatives that make the City of Columbia and Richland County more vibrant, connected and economically strong.
Grants support projects and initiatives that advance:
Civic engagement and community participation
Placemaking and public spaces
Arts and cultural experiences
Entrepreneurship and economic opportunity
Organizations must provide services in the City of Columbia or Richland County and align with the Knight Foundation Advised Fund priorities.
This is an invitation-only grant opportunity.
Grant awards vary based on available funding and project scope.
Applications are accepted year-round by invitation.
