Renting our fully equipped Collaboration Zone includes free wi-fi and full access to the following spaces:
Community Room: Space for up to 60 people featuring two large screens (already connected to a computer or plug in your own), two cameras for video conferencing, speakers built-in to the ceiling, microphones (two hand-held and one lavalier), a podium, and easily movable tables and chairs. This space is great for a training, board meeting, or staff retreat.
Reception Area: Space between Community Room and Palmetto Room is great for event registration or check-in and to serve food on the long table or countertop space. There is a water cooler and coffee station available. Ice not provided.
Palmetto Room: Space for up to 8 people featuring a traditional small conference table. This is great for a space to prep or a quiet space for a call during a larger meeting.
Closet: For Storing Extra Tables and Chairs
